Deburring with a brush is effective for deburring fine workpieces such as slits, thread grooves, and small inner diameters. Brushing to places that are difficult to process with a grindstone or cutter, and being softer and more delicate than those, can be expected to suppress the generation of secondary burrs. It is suitable for such as aluminum die-cast parts, cast parts, various flanges, and machining of aluminum wheel backside radius.

STRAIGHT STRIP BRUSHES

ROLL BRUSHES

(Made in Japan) The winding method can be selected from close winding, pitch winding, and helical winding according to the application. Designed and manufactured in Thailand.

WHEEL BRUSHES

Wheel brushes are high-density, high-balance, and highly effective for polishing. It is effective for deburring, polishing and cleaning fine grooves and surface finishing of metal products. Detailed orders can be placed based on outer diameter, flange diameter, flange outer diameter, and hole size according to the application.

CUP BRUSHES

In addition to the large diameter, the long bristles and rotary brushes allow efficient brushing to every corner. When the brush wears out, the holder parts can be reused and only the inside punch brush can be replaced, thus reducing costs. Assorted types, sizes, and variations are available for different applications.

INSIDE WINDING BRUSHES

The channel manufacturing process allows for highly dense and fine cleaning and polishing, and the internally wound brush enhances dust prevention. Ideal for surface treatment and cleaning of cylindrical shapes. Customers can order brushes according to their purposes and applications by outer and inner diameters, brush length, bristle material, pitch, and other factors.

END BRUSHES

In addition to various standard tubular brushes of the disposable type, cartridge-type as named "TAKO" brushes are available with only the bristle portion to be used as brush, and a holder to allow standardization and various uses of the brush.
